What exactly should I have to to with my template.css file ?

Main Menu selected image (Home.png) from images/stories/ in Frontpage is visible - Module "mod_mainmenu" is published.

Estime Image Menu is also published and made all settings like mentioned in the readme.pdf - But there is only the Home_ro.png image visible.

There is no rollover action in the menus....

What further things do I have to do ?
any workarounds/ideas ?
