I've installed the module and changed all the settings I can, but haven't gotten the images to stop 'stacking' on top of each other.

The first image shows up, with the next 'in front' of it 10 or so pixels lower, and so on.

I've tried different templates and different module positions, etc., as well.

Any ideas what's up with this?

i'd try a few things. in the module manager, select the Estime image menu to go into it's settings.
first of all make sure you're menu style is switched to the correct display setting. for me it's horizontal.

then, one thing easily forgotten is to add the menu class suffix. this depends on what has been defined in you're template's CSS file, but for me it's -nav.

and if it's still not displaying right you should amend the CSS file accordingly.
