I have this same problem. Here's my story:

I set this up about a year ago it it worked fine, then I transfered the site over to another host, cheap hosting, HostGator with multiple domains. They're a good host but it is the cheapest package.

I double checked that the GA code is correct in the module and that it is published and in the debug position which my template has.

But it only show one visitor back in April and I know for a fact that I am getting about 60-100 a day from other stats programs, plus I get feedback from readers.

Now I have another site on the same account that is still working fine with no problem. Apparently the problem started when I switched hosting from SiteGround over to HostGator.

Any suggestions?
