Hi,

Unfortunately there is no component/module behind the "free joomla templates" page. The page is build normally inside of static content. But glad you like the layout

If you are referring to some other section. Please give more details which page you mean.

This is killing me, what's used for http://demo.estimetemplates.com/ ?

I've seen some Wordpress sites with a top bar to jump to another site or section. I've searched for Joomla but I have no luck.
