Help! I can't change the header background color? 6 Months ago Karma: 0  
I have been trying for ages to change the header background color but with no success.

Can anybody tell me how to change the color as I have already changed the images to a sky blue.

I believe the header background colour is controlled by the images banerbg and bodybg that come with the template (content_portal\content_portal\images). You would need to open each image, change the colour in a graphics package then upload them and overwrite the existing image files on your webserver.

Edit /contentportal/images/bodybg.gif with The Gimp or Photoshop, and put the colour you like.

Or replace your bgbody.gif with the enclosed one (1px width !).

I have changed the bannerbg and bodybg to a sky blue as you can see in the screenshot link above but the header is still a dark gray color.

Please help.

I nafigate to the adress appearing in your screenshpt (http://www.smspages.ae/scs/), and right clicked on the black part, to view the background image : http://www.smspages.ae/scs/templates/content_portal/images/bodybg.gif is black, not blue :
