Hi, thats a good question...it haunted me for a while. Its more of a Joomla! answer than the template itself. Go to your Admin backend in Joomla! under the top menu got to "SITE>PREVIEW>INLINE WITH POSITIONS" This will let you see the module positions and names for any template I believe.
